Returns & Exchanges
At Italian Diamonds, we engineer our jewelry to be a flawless extension of your signature style. However, if your piece is not an absolute perfect fit, our concierge team is here to ensure a seamless return or exchange process.
1. The 30-Day Guarantee
We proudly offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your jewelry. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be completely unworn, showing no signs of scratches, wear, or alteration.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- The item must be returned inside its original Italian Diamonds premium packaging, including all accompanying certificates or documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and exclusivity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed or uniquely engraved pieces.
- Items purchased during final clearance sales (unless deemed defective upon arrival).
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Email our concierge team at support@italiandiamonds.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable based on your region).
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the provided shipping label.
Please note: We highly recommend requesting a drop-off receipt from the courier, as Italian Diamonds cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit before they reach our facility.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a piece for a different size or style, please initiate the process through our support email. We process exchanges for items of equal value. If the new item is of greater or lesser value, a separate invoice or partial refund will be issued accordingly.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece undergoes rigorous quality control. However, in the rare event that your jewelry arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@italiandiamonds.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will immediately arrange for a complimentary replacement.
