1. Order Processing
Every piece undergoes a meticulous final quality inspection before leaving our sanctuary. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, packaging, and dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Note: Custom-engraved or personalized pieces may require an additional 3-5 business days for precision detailing.
2. Domestic Delivery
We are proud to serve the modern muse nationwide, offering fully tracked and insured domestic shipping methods to ensure your jewelry arrives safely at your doorstep.

3. Secure Delivery & Signatures
Because of the premium value of our deliveries, a direct signature may be required upon delivery for orders exceeding certain values. This ensures that your jewelry is handed directly to you and not left unattended.
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package at a local secure facility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an exclusive shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Every Italian Diamonds shipment is fully insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package has been signed for at the specified delivery address, the insurance coverage concludes.
If you suspect your package has been lost in transit or if it arrives damaged, please contact our concierge immediately at support@italiandiamonds.com with your Order Number, so we can initiate a formal investigation with the courier and resolve the issue swiftly.
