Accuracy of Representation
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, and images of our jewelry. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the natural characteristics of the materials used, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Hypoallergenic & Anti-Tarnish Claims
While our products are rigorously engineered to be dermatologically safe, hypoallergenic, and equipped with anti-tarnish shields, individual skin compositions and severe environmental factors may occasionally cause varied reactions. Italian Diamonds is not liable for individual allergic reactions.
3. Pricing and Billing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Our commitment to your satisfaction includes a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed instructions on initiating an exchange or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Italian Diamonds and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or website without express written permission from us.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Italian Diamonds, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or any similar damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
7. Warranty Policy
At Italian Diamonds, we are proud to offer a one-year warranty on our plating. If your jewelry ever fades or discolors within this period, we will replace it up to one time, free of charge. Please note that if your jewelry breaks or suffers structural damage, it is not covered under this warranty.
Our warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or stones that are lost or stolen. It also excludes scratches from everyday use, improper storage, or modifications made by anyone other than Italian Diamonds.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges or replacements if the fading is not easily perceptible to the eye, or if the breakage/damage of the product is due to an external force.

8. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.

Please note:
- If you cancel before shipping, your refund will be initiated immediately.
- If your order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed once the package is returned and received at our warehouse.
